Lenten Mission 2022

Please join us at St Agnes Church, Sunday, March 27 to Tuesday March 29 at 7pm for our 2022 Mission with Fr. Marck Lanoue.  Fr. Marc Lanoue, associate pastor of St. Ignatius Hickory, will be speaking about answering the call to discipleship in our lives.  Don't miss this three night mission.

Holy Week

To begin Holy Week, Sr Thomas More O.P. from Mount de Sales will give us a three-day retreat: Palm Sunday, April 10 to Tuesday, April 12 each evening at 7pm in the St. Agnes Church.  This three-day retreat will include:

Talk 1: Where Are You?  The Garden of Eden

A reflection on Adam's banishment from Eden into the wilderness, and Christ's temptations in the wilderness.

April 11

Talk 2:  Why are you sleeping?  The Garden of Gethsemane

A reflection on Christ's agony in the garden.

April 12

Talk 3:  Who are you looking for?  The Garden of Getthsemane

A reflection on the betrayal of Christ.

This year begins March 27 and concludes with a closing Mass on March 29. Our homilist is Father Marc Lenoue of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Confession will be available in the evening.  More information to follow. We look forward to seeing you there.
